3D exploded view

Show what's inside your product.

OsAI builds your product as a 3D model with real dimensions. As visitors scroll, it takes itself apart layer by layer and puts itself back together – for your website and as a video.

For everything whose quality disappears once it's built.

The problem

Photos show the surface. Your quality is underneath.

Quotes look the same

On paper, nobody sees why yours is worth more.

Good work disappears

Waterproofing and pipes soon sit behind tiles and plaster.

Explaining takes time

People who've seen how it's built ask better questions.

Sample project

Planned like a product film. Directed by your customer.

The demo above is a sample project by OsAI:

23
steps with their own camera
219
parts to standards and system sizes
4
weeks of build sequence
0
third-party servers
More details

Planned with a shot list like a film: a fixed camera axis, a cut instead of flying back, no more than three parts moving at once. Checked with automated measurements – on-screen size of every key part, camera speed, smoothness on phones.

FAQ

Good questions, clear answers.

Does it work on phones?

Yes, right in the browser, no app. On phones the model stays on top and the text scrolls underneath. Scrolling stays completely normal, you can go back and forth any time. Very old devices get images instead of 3D.

Will it slow down my site?

No, not if it's built properly. A still image appears first and the 3D model loads in the background. On an overview page the 3D can also start on click only – like here.

Do I need CAD data?

No. Photos, dimensions and data sheets are usually enough. If you have CAD data, OsAI uses it.

What does it cost?

It depends on three things: how many parts your product has, what documents exist and whether videos are included. After the first conversation you get a fixed price.

How long does it take?

That depends on the product. You get the schedule with every approval date together with the quote.

Can it go into my existing website?

Yes, as its own page or as a section. Or OsAI builds it straight into your new website.

Does OsAI show real branded products?

Only with the manufacturer's permission. Otherwise OsAI shows neutral parts with real dimensions.

Is it privacy-friendly?

Yes. The view runs entirely from your own server, without third-party services – even the 3D library doesn't come from anyone else's server.

Do I own the result?

You get the usage rights to the page, the videos and the images.

First assessment

Does your product fit?

Describe your product briefly, a photo helps. You get an honest assessment.

No obligation, fixed price before the start.
