Behind OsAI:
one person.
Behind OsAI is Osman Öztopcu — founder and AI consultant in the Stuttgart region, based in Fellbach. OsAI is a web design agency and AI consultancy in Fellbach near Stuttgart for small and mid-sized businesses: founded in May 2026 and focused on four fields — automation, chatbots and voice agents, AI websites, and AI creative. My background is in software and web development as well as AI automation, built up across roles at several tech companies. I deliberately build OsAI as a brand because a brand scales where a name ends — but you still work directly with me, with no account manager or sales team in between. Consulting happens in German, English, and Turkish; remote across the DACH region, on-site for workshops in the greater Stuttgart area. Getting started is low-barrier: a free 30-minute intro call and a free 15-minute brand analysis come before any engagement. The standard behind it is always the same: make AI explainable, no black box, with a clear ROI instead of vague promises.

Why a brand instead of a person?
OsAI is bigger than me.
OsAI stands for AI consulting that one person is accountable for, yet a brand carries. Most solo consultants build a purely personal brand — that works until the person takes a holiday, gets sick, or wants to grow; then the brand stalls. OsAI is deliberately built differently: the brand is the constant, with a consistent style, five clear working values, and four fixed service fields — automation, chatbots and voice agents, AI websites, and AI creative. Instead of hourly guesswork there are fixed prices per scope: an AI Quickcheck at €490, a half-day workshop at €990, an implementation sprint from €3,900. Every sprint is tied to 1 to 3 measurable KPIs — such as processing time, error rate, or hours saved, with a before/after measurement in scope. Today I, Osman Öztopcu, do all the work myself — but tomorrow a second mind can work under the same brand without you ever seeing a new logo, a new tone, or a new pricing model.
For you, that means: you work with a solo consultant — but under a brand built to scale without reinventing itself.

Festpreis pro Scope — nicht Stundenpoker. Du weißt vor dem Auftrag, was es kostet, und kannst nach dem Projekt klar sagen, was du bekommen hast.

Ehrlich, wenn KI nicht hilft
Wenn dein Use-Case mit einer Excel-Tabelle besser gelöst ist als mit Custom-KI, sage ich das. Sales-Pitch nur, wenn die Zahlen wirklich stimmen.
