OsAI is bigger than me.
Most solo consultants build a personal brand. That works — until the person takes a holiday, gets sick, or wants to grow. Then the brand stalls.

Festpreis pro Scope — nicht Stundenpoker. Du weißt vor dem Auftrag, was es kostet, und kannst nach dem Projekt klar sagen, was du bekommen hast.

Ehrlich, wenn KI nicht hilft
Wenn dein Use-Case mit einer Excel-Tabelle besser gelöst ist als mit Custom-KI, sage ich das. Sales-Pitch nur, wenn die Zahlen wirklich stimmen.
