Honestly sorted: what helps a small business day to day, and what you can safely ignore.
One concrete everyday workflow, such as pre-sorting enquiries or preparing quotes: what it does, which tools it needs, where its limits are.
When something moves in rules like the EU AI Act that affects businesses, it's in there. With a link to the source.
An excerpt so you know what to expect. The topic is real and sourced (as of October 2026), the workflow is an example. Real issues pick up what happens in that month.
The workflow under 03 is an example, not a client project.

Since 29 July 2026 the KI-MIG, Germany's law on market surveillance of AI, has been in force. The Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) is now the market surveillance authority, contact point and complaints office for the AI Act. Its AI Service Desk offers, among other things, an online tool for a first assessment of the risk class and guidance on building AI literacy.

If your business uses AI tools, Article 4 of the AI Act (EU AI Act) asks you to take measures to support your team's AI literacy. The rule was reworded on 27 July 2026, but not abolished. There is no fixed number of hours and no mandatory certificate. It makes sense to note briefly who uses which tools and how they were trained.

An agent reads new enquiries from mail and the contact form, sorts them by urgency and asks for missing details such as an address or a photo. Who gets a call back is still your decision. You could build this with n8n and a language model, for example.
What this looks like as an AI agentSign-up uses double opt-in. Nobody can add someone else's address.
Your email address is all it takes. Your first name is optional, so the greeting fits.
You get an email with a confirmation link. You're only subscribed after you click it. No click, nothing happens.
The AI Compass arrives once a month. Every email contains a link to unsubscribe.
AI Partner clients get the compass in person: OsAI puts the news into context for your workflows and tools and tells you which next agent is worth it for you. If it fits, that becomes the next project, with a fixed price before the start.
More about the AI Partner
Osman Öztopcu, founder of OsAI
I work with AI tools and my own agents every day. In the AI Compass I write down what of it is useful for businesses and what isn't.
More about meNothing. The AI Compass is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If you want help putting something into practice, there's a free intro call (15 min). Whatever gets built after that has a fixed price you know before the start.
Once a month. Not a daily stream of news, but a selection of what matters for businesses.
Via the unsubscribe link in every email, or with a short message to team@osai.solutions. After that you won't receive any further issues.
For sending, OsAI stores your email address, your first name if you give it, and the times of sign-up and confirmation as proof. Emails are sent via the email service Resend. Your address is only used for the AI Compass, until you unsubscribe. Details are in the privacy policy.
So nobody can add someone else's address. The process is called double opt-in: you're only subscribed once you click the link in the confirmation email. The link is valid for 7 days.
The AI Compass puts what's new into context, including things you can do without OsAI. When an OsAI service fits, it says so, clearly marked.
Yes, for AI Partner clients. OsAI then puts the news into context for your business and suggests which agent or workflow is worth building next. On site in the Stuttgart and Rems-Murr area, otherwise remote across Germany.
In the intro call you describe one task. OsAI tells you honestly whether AI is worth it for that, and what the first step would be.
