A website from OsAI starts at €990, ongoing care at €49 a month. OsAI is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act — prices are final, with no VAT added on top.

After the first call you get a fixed price for exactly that scope — before you commit to anything.

How long does it take to get a website built?
It depends on the scope and on how quickly content and feedback come in. A compact site with existing copy and photos is ready much sooner than a large one. You get a realistic estimate in the first call, and you see the draft before you hire.
What does a website cost per month?
Ongoing care starts at €49 a month. What it covers, such as updates and small changes, is agreed upfront — as is whether domain or hosting costs come on top. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, OsAI doesn't charge VAT.
Do I have to supply the copy and photos myself?
Not necessarily. For the draft, OsAI works with what already exists, such as your current website or your Google Business Profile. Your own photos and details make the site better and keep the price closer to the starting point. Extensive copywriting and photoshoots aren't included.
Do I own the website?
Once paid in full, you receive a right to use the website for the agreed purpose, unlimited in time and place; an exclusive right of use can be agreed upfront. Your copy, photos and logo stay yours anyway. The details are set out in the terms and conditions.
Can I make changes to the website myself later?
Small changes are handled as part of ongoing care. If you want to update content yourself on a regular basis, such as current offers or news, mention it in the first call. It affects how the site is built, and therefore the price.
Will my website be found on Google?
The groundwork is part of the build: clean page titles and descriptions, structured data, fast loading, a good experience on phones. OsAI doesn't guarantee rankings — nobody honest can. How well a site gets found also depends on the competition, your Google Business Profile and time.
