Several workflows run as an implementation sprint, ongoing operation via the AI partner. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Germany), all prices are final prices.

How long does implementation take?

For a single workflow you agree the date for the first result with OsAI beforehand. An implementation sprint with several workflows takes 1–3 weeks. Dates for the quick check and workshop are arranged individually. The pace depends mainly on how accessible your tools and data are.

Does OsAI work with n8n?

Yes. n8n is one of the tools OsAI builds workflows with, alongside Make.com and Zapier. n8n can also be self-hosted, for example on an EU server, often the better choice for sensitive data. Make and Zapier run as ready-made cloud services: quick to set up, billed by usage. Which tool fits depends on the programs you already use.

Do we need our own IT?

No. OsAI is built for owner-run mid-sized businesses without a large IT team. The workflows connect to the tools you already use, e.g. your inbox, spreadsheets, accounting or CRM, and every step is explained so your team can work with it.

How safe is our data?

OsAI builds GDPR-compliant and prefers EU hosting or local models so sensitive data doesn't leave the European legal area. Where US services are needed, EU standard contractual clauses and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR are put in place. For critical applications, a human reviews and approves before anything leaves the house.

Does OsAI also build automations on site in Stuttgart and the Rems-Murr district?

Yes. OsAI is based in Fellbach, right on the Stuttgart city border. Across greater Stuttgart and the Rems-Murr district, the workflow can be mapped on site, because you understand a process best where it happens. The build itself then runs remotely. Across Germany everything works by video, at the same fixed prices.
