How long does an AI project take?
It depends on scope. Dates for the quick-check and workshop are arranged individually. An implementation sprint takes 1–3 weeks of build time. You start step by step and decide after each step whether to continue.
What happens to my company's data?
Data protection is part of the architecture, not an afterthought. OsAI prefers EU hosting or locally running models. Where US services are technically necessary, EU standard contractual clauses and a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR are used. Which data is processed and where it is stored is set out transparently in advance.
Who is liable if the AI answers incorrectly?
For critical applications OsAI builds in a human-in-the-loop principle: a person reviews or confirms before an AI answer goes out. That keeps control with you. The liability terms are set out in the terms and conditions (§ 9) and discussed before the project starts — no fine print that surprises you later.
