Methodology
Score computed across 5 dimensions (foundation, risk awareness, tool skills, role differentiation, governance), weighted 2-2-1-1-1. Hour recommendations derived from the score (corridors with factors 0.3 / 0.6 / 1.0 / 1.3 / 1.5) and multiplied by the risk factor. Pure heuristic, no LLM call, no logging of your answers.
How AI-literate is your team?
The AI Literacy Check measures the AI competence in your team and shows where training is needed. Under the EU AI Act, companies must also ensure that staff understand AI well enough — this so-called AI literacy is mandatory. For owners and managers who want their team to work with AI safely and in line with the law.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I really have to train my team?
- The EU AI Act requires that staff working with AI understand it sufficiently. How extensive the training must be depends on your use — the check gives you a first assessment on that.
- Who should fill in the check?
- Ideally you as the person responsible for the team, or have individual staff fill it in and compare. It's about an honest picture, not an exam.
- Are the results confidential?
- Yes. The check runs in your browser, is free and usable without an account. We only see your answers if you actively get in touch with us.
- What comes after the check?
