- A short video takes more work than a post. More videos a month means more effort.
- Shooting on site:
- Whether OsAI comes to your business for photos and video or works with your phone photos and videos.

- Instagram only, or also Facebook, TikTok and your Google Business Profile. Each channel has its own formats.
- Print files:
- Whether menus and posters are needed only digitally or also print-ready for the print shop.
- How often things are updated:

What does a content subscription with OsAI cost?
You get your fixed price after the free 15-min intro call, before any work starts. The entry level includes several posts and short videos a month, plus the monthly plan and updates; the exact number is in your quote. The price moves mainly with the number of videos, an on-site shoot and the number of channels.
How soon is the first content ready?
That depends on what's already there: logo, photos, current menu. When the first monthly plan and the first drafts are ready is agreed with OsAI before the start. For an event with a fixed date, OsAI plans backwards from that date.
Does OsAI come by for photos and videos?
Yes, in greater Stuttgart and the Rems-Murr district; OsAI is based in Fellbach. An on-site shoot is optional and moves the price. Without a shoot, the content is made from your photos and phone videos. That way the subscription also works anywhere in Germany.
Who owns the content, and what about data protection?
You get the finished files for your business; the usage rights are set out in writing in the quote. Music is royalty-free or properly licensed, and people only appear with their consent. OsAI uses the photos and access you share only for your content, and the logins to your channels stay with you.
Does OsAI use AI images?
Where it fits, yes: for backgrounds, illustrations or animations. AI-generated or AI-altered images are labelled. OsAI shows food, drinks and rooms with real photos of your business, so guests get what they saw.
Does OsAI post the content too?
On request, yes. OsAI schedules approved posts for fixed dates, for example on Instagram, Facebook or your Google Business Profile. You can also post the files yourself. Nothing is published without your approval.
Who checks prices and allergens on the menu?
The details come from you: prices, allergens and additives. OsAI puts them into the menu and checks them against your list before approval. As the business you remain responsible for the details, which is why no menu goes to print without your OK.
