Where you stand
A list of your tasks and first starting points.
In six sessions over three months your team learns to use AI tools on its own tasks: with an AI policy, templates and documentation under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act.
You see it before you pay: you get the plan as a sketch before you commit.
It's only built if you want it.

One person uses ChatGPT, another Copilot, the rest nothing at all.
The questions come in day-to-day work, and by then nobody is around to ask.
Since February 2025, businesses using AI have had to take measures for AI literacy in their team. Without a plan, there's no record either.

The AI Starter Program is three months of guidance: six sessions two weeks apart in which your team uses AI tools on its own tasks. Training under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act is included and documented.
It starts with a review of where you stand and ends with an AI policy, templates for recurring tasks and a plan for the first automated workflow.
One session every two weeks, on-site in the Stuttgart region or online. Each has a result.

Between sessions there are two weeks of everyday work: the team uses templates and tools on real tasks. Whatever gets stuck goes into the next session.
The order is a suggestion. OsAI adapts it to your business after the first session.
In most cases, yes. If your business uses AI systems, it takes measures to support the AI literacy of the people working with them. The Starter Program is one such measure, documented as a record.
The duty is set out in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and has applied since 2 February 2025. Since 27 July 2026 it has applied as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744: providers and deployers of AI systems take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their staff. They do not have to guarantee a specific level.
There is no fixed number of hours and no mandatory certificate. It makes sense to document every measure. In Germany, the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) has been responsible for oversight since 29 July 2026.

That depends mainly on how many people take part, whether office and workshop need their own sessions and how many tools get set up. Included are three months with six sessions and documentation under Art. 4 EU AI Act. You get your fixed price after the free 15-min intro call, before any work starts. Building workflows is not included.
Three months with six sessions two weeks apart. You arrange the dates with OsAI individually. How confidently your team works with AI afterwards depends on the tasks and on practice. OsAI makes no fixed promises about results.
The AI training is one session: half a day for up to 10 people, with a certificate of attendance for each person. The Starter Program runs for three months. It includes the Art. 4 training plus a review of where you stand, tools that are set up, an AI policy, templates and the plan for the first workflow.
In the Starter Program your team learns. The AI Partner is for systems that are already running: OsAI monitors AI agents and automations, fixes errors and adjusts them. The two can be combined.
Yes. Who worked on which content in which session is documented, and the AI policy carries the date of the current version. Art. 4 doesn't require any particular certificate. What counts as a record is that you document your measures.
Yes, on-site in the Stuttgart region and the Rems-Murr district; OsAI is based in Fellbach. For businesses anywhere in Germany, the sessions run online.
Practice uses sample data or data you approve. Which data may go into which tool is set down in your AI policy. OsAI only gets access to your systems where you grant it for the setup.
In the intro call OsAI tells you whether the Starter Program fits or the half-day training is enough.
